Cutting Edge Pediatric and Adult Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP)! Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Evaluate clients' speech, language, communication, and functional needs using appropriate tools and clinical judgment. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals, developmental level, and diagnosis. Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions and adjust treatment based on client progress. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinic standards. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. Participate in multidisciplinary planning, case reviews, and professional development activities. Contribute to public education or outreach initiatives as desired.Qualifications & Skills:
One year of experience preferred, however CF's may still be considered for the position. Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program. CCC-SLP certification from ASHA or Clinical Fellow actively pursuing certification. Current license (or eligibility) to practice in the state of Texas. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Passion for working with children, teens, and young adults in a collaborative setting. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching during therapy sessions. Participation in play-based and physical therapy activities with clients. Ability to lift or assist clients as needed (up to 50 lbs).
