Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by supporting students' communication needs in a collaborative school-based environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in educational settings who thrives when working alongside dedicated educators and students.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience delivering speech therapy services within a school setting preferred Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in children Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with students, teachers, and families Capable of maintaining timely and accurate documentation following district and legal standards
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' speech and language needs Develop, implement, and update individual treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy for students, both individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to integrate communication goals within the classroom Communicate progress and recommendations to parents and multidisciplinary team members Maintain accurate students' records and participate in IEP meetings as required Stay current with best practices and continuing education to ensure high-quality service delivery Perks for
