Working directly with therapy leaders and nursing staff keeps resident care moving smoothly. Responsibilities Conduct speech and swallowing assessments for residents. Perform dysphagia evaluations and manage modified diet plans. Document resident progress and daily treatment notes in electronic health records. Coordinate therapy goals with nursing teams and floor therapists.
