School-Based SLP | Midland, Texas Bilingual Therapies - 2.9 Midland, TX Job Details Full-time | Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Working with individuals with speech impairments Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available at a school located in Midland, TX, with an immediate start and contract through May 23, 2025. This opportunity involves working onsite to provide essential speech and language support to a caseload of approximately 60-65 students. The role includes supervising up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), ensuring quality care and effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language pathology services to a diverse student population. Manage and support a student caseload of 60-65, tailoring interventions to individual needs. Supervise and collaborate with up to two SLPAs to enhance service delivery. Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations. Document progress and participate in team meetings to coordinate student care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid SLP License with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). Experience working in a school setting as an SLP. Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team.
