SLP Job Type Contract School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Job Overview:
Soliant is currently searching for multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, school-based opportunities near San Antonio, Texas. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment while making a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, student-focused professional with experience providing speech-language services in educational settings. Caseloads and assignments will vary based on campus needs.

Multiple Openings Available Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
  • Conduct speech and language assessments, evaluations, and screenings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation.
  • Support students in achieving academic, social, and communication goals.
  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) when assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with state, district, and federal special education regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational team.
