Speech Language Pathologist in Odessa, TX

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school location in Midland, TX, with a contract term through May 23, 2025. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a student caseload of 60-65 individuals, primarily onsite.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population Supervising up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) Collaborating with educators and staff to support student communication goals Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress Bilingual skills are preferred but not required Required qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working in a school setting preferred Ability to manage and prioritize a substantial caseload effectively Strong communication and organizational skills
