Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) support on-site in an educational environment near Pasadena, TX. This position runs from ASAP through May 21, 2027, supporting an increased headcount in local schools. You'll have a meaningful impact on students' communication skills while collaborating with fellow professionals to create inclusive learning communities. Your role will include working across multiple locations within the district, managing a caseload of approximately 60 students. Interviews for this position will be conducted with the Coordinator of Evaluations, providing insight into district needs and expectations. As part of your day-to-day, you'll assess, diagnose, and implement individualized interventions for students, documenting progress and working closely with teachers and families alike.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license in Texas Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in a school setting preferred Ability to manage a diverse caseload and travel to multiple school sites as needed Strong communication, time management, and collaborative skills
