Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Pflugerville, TX, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This position offers a contract role within a school setting, ideal for SLP professionals holding credentials such as CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence), CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year), or SLPA certification with school experience.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification and licensure appropriate for school settings Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or credential as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in schools considered an asset Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in children and adolescents Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and federal/state special education regulations Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to working with educators and families
