Full-time | Monday - Thursday (4x10 shift) | 3-Day Weekend Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team in Richmond, Texas. Our private clinic focuses on delivering high-quality, family-centered care to children with diverse communication and swallowing needs. Responsibilities Evaluate :
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and feeding assessments.
Treat :
Design and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans.
Collaborate :
Partner closely with families, caregivers, and occupational/physical therapists.
Document :
Maintain accurate daily soap notes, progress reports, and evaluations.
Qualifications Education :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Licensure :
Valid Texas state SLP license (or eligible to obtain).
Certification :
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience :
Previous pediatric clinic or internship experience is highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits Schedule :
4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday), 10-hour days.
Time Off :
3 weeks of starting Paid Time Off (PTO).
Holidays :
10 paid annual holidays.
