Compensation:
Full-time Salary range: $75,000
- 80,000 (DOE) & PPV rates for part-time: $45

Richmond, Texas | Myofunctional/Feeding Pediatric Private Practice + School Options A therapist-founded pediatric practice is growing in both Richmond and Katy. Founded in 2009 by an SLP who began as a sole proprietor and expanded to two thriving clinics, this practice now serves a large after-school population with a strong specialty focus in speech, feeding, myofunctional therapy, and lactation . This is an amazing opportunity to get mentorship and a strong foundation in these skills-open to those who are interested and willing to learn! Role Overview Provide speech therapy with a required specialty focus in feeding and myofunctional therapy (training provided) Guaranteed daily planning time (1 hour protected; additional hour per evaluation) Opportunity to participate in clinic, school, or hybrid roles (Katy ISD, Waller ISD, expanding into additional districts) Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) Clinic Environment 2,000 sq ft modern clinics Private treatment rooms (some shared), therapy gym spaces On-site kitchen and fully stocked therapy closets Collaborative team of 8-12 therapists Strong mentorship culture with seasoned clinicians Flexible scheduling options Compensation & Benefits Full-time Salary range: $75,000

- 55/hr Medical (50% employer-paid PPO option), dental and 401(k) with match PTO+10 paid federal holidays CEU reimbursement
