Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity working with K-8th grade students in a vibrant, supportive school-based environment near Round Rock, TX! Multiple full-time positions are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to make a significant impact throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. Collaborate with a dedicated team, including onsite SLPAs, and experience firsthand the positive difference you can make in students' lives.
Key Qualifications:
Possess a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP - CCC or CFY welcome) Experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred Comfortable with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging students, families, and staff Ability to supervise and collaborate with SLPAs in a team setting Recent graduates and clinical fellows encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language services to K-8th grade students, using a variety of evidence-based strategies Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide direct and consultative therapy Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress Supervise and mentor SLPAs, fostering professional growth within the team Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to student support plans This long-term contract position offers consistent, full-time hours (40 per week) from August 2026 to May 2027, allowing you to build meaningful connections with your students and colleagues.
