Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a significant impact in the lives of K-12 students by providing speech-language services within a supportive school setting near Schertz, TX. Qualifications:
Current, active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric/child populations School-based or educational setting experience preferred If bilingual, language proficiency will be assessed as part of the application process
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and screenings as needed Collaborate with fellow educators, families, and staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings Manage a student caseload, adapting services to meet varying communication needs Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students This position runs from August 2026 through May 2027, offering consistent full-time hours (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday). The caseload will include a variety of age groups and communication needs, providing valuable opportunities for skill growth and daily impact. Bilingual SLPs are especially encouraged, with language skills reviewed during the selection process.
