Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make an immediate impact by inspiring growth and confidence in students as a Speech-Language Pathologist working within an engaging school setting. Two full-time contract positions are available for dedicated professionals committed to helping students communicate more effectively and thrive both academically and socially. This opportunity involves working a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, ensuring stability and a manageable schedule, all while making a profound difference in children's lives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain in Texas Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
