Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling, full-time role serving students in a supportive school environment near Seguin, TX. Two contract opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's communication and educational outcomes. Enjoy a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, working closely with students and educational teams to support speech and language development.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active SLP licensure for Texas or eligibility for reciprocal credentialing Previous experience working within a school setting preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to serving diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy to students with a wide range of speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights to planning and review processes Deliver educational support and training to staff and parents as needed Take advantage of a rewarding contract position where your expertise is valued and your contributions matter each day.
