Qualifications:

Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, teletherapy, or healthcare SLP settings Strong communication and mentorship skills Ability to work independently and supervise effectively Familiarity with IEP implementation and related school protocols (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Provide supervision for school district SLPs for 2-4 hours per week Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to developing clinicians Ensure compliance with educational and therapy standards Maintain clear, concise documentation of supervision activities
