Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Sunnyvale, TX Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Sunnyvale, TX Job Details Part-time | Contract 19 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a dynamic and rewarding opportunity supporting K-6th grade students through highly targeted speech-language therapy. This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout the 2025/2026 school year, utilizing your expertise to foster communication skills in young learners. With around 12 flexible hours per week and the ability to set your own consistent schedule, you have the freedom to balance clinical excellence with your personal commitments.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in a school setting Proficiency in delivering speech therapy via teletherapy modalities Strong assessment, diagnostic, and caseload management abilities Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
What You'll Do:
Provide direct speech and language therapy for a caseload of approximately 6-8 K-6th grade students (may vary) Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments Create and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Handle documentation, progress tracking, and participate in IEP meetings Offer therapy sessions in both individual and group formats Communicate regularly with teachers and families to support student progress Deliver services through both in-person and teletherapy platforms Play an integral role at a single site near Sunnyvale, TX, where your skills can make a genuine difference.
