We are a therapist-owned, multidisciplinary practice with an amazing team of clinicians who believe in collaboration, individualized care, and creating an environment where both children and therapists can thrive. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with children, mentoring other clinicians, and being part of a supportive, close-knit multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Complete pediatric speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations Supervise and mentor up to 3 SLPAs Review documentation and provide clinical support to assigned SLPAs Provide direct speech-language therapy as needed Develop individualized plans of care and treatment goals Collaborate with our Speech, Occupational Therapy, and ABA teams Communicate with families regarding evaluations, progress, and recommendations Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Support the continued growth and quality of our Speech Therapy program Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Texas SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Pediatric experience preferred SLPA supervision experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Passion for working collaboratively within a pediatric setting Compensation $77,500-$85,500 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
