A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligibility considered School-based SLP experience preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows Valid Texas SLP licensure (or ability to obtain) Passion for working with elementary-aged students Not accepting SLPA applicants
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language services to approximately 40 elementary students Complete assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in school meetings and ongoing professional development
