Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract role for the upcoming school year. In this opportunity, you'll serve a manageable caseload of 40 students, collaborating with a supportive special education team. Enjoy the stability of a full-time assignment with predictable hours, commencing August 10, 2026, and concluding May 28, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
Active Texas SLP License required Open to both Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) applicants and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience with pediatric and school-age populations highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills In this role, you will: Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services for elementary students Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support students' speech and language development Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school environment This assignment comes with a competitive hourly rate between $42 and $47, paid weekly.
