Why Choose This Opportunity Supportive interdisciplinary rehabilitation team Opportunities for mentorship and professional growth Patient-centered care environment with meaningful outcomes Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, specialized nursing care to chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital stays. Evaluates and treats patients with disorders affecting communication, cognition, voice, and swallowing. Help patients regain independence after events like strokes or brain injuries by improving memory, speech articulation, and swallowing safety to prevent choking and ensure proper nutrition Train families on communication cues, diet modifications, and home exercise programs.
