2026-2027 School Year, 8/11/2026•5/19/2027 Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based contract opportunity in Texas. This is a great opportunity for clinicians looking to expand their experience while supporting students in a collaborative educational environment. Multiple caseloads and school settings may be available depending on district needs. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program required Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required Previous school-based experience preferred Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and assessments preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team On-site contract assignment Flexibility offered with weekly schedule School-based setting Elementary Caseload Multiple school sites may be assigned based on district needs Duties include evaluations, assessments, therapy services, IEP participation, documentation, and collaboration with staff and families Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services to students Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff Maintain accurate records and progress reports Support student communication and academic success across educational settings Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Weekly direct deposit Guaranteed hours Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company match Professional development opportunities Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment Apply Today!
