Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in a dynamic school environment. This contract assignment provides the chance to make a lasting impact on children's lives, working alongside collaborative staff who share your commitment to student growth. Applicants with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply. You'll deliver high-quality speech and language services across a variety of student needs, from assessment and treatment to progress monitoring and documentation.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an
SLP CCC-SLP
preferred, but candidates in their CFY year are welcome Prior experience or strong interest in working in school settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success Maintain accurate records and document student progress toward goals Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-based support teams Educate and support staff and families about communication disorders This role offers a supportive environment focused on professional growth, ongoing collaboration, and the chance to make a real difference with every student you serve.
