Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in education by providing speech and language support in a dynamic school setting. A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC to empower students and collaborate closely with a dedicated team. Located near Wichita Falls, this role offers the chance to help shape students' communication skills and academic success.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Recent experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred Strong assessment, IEP development, and progress monitoring skills Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and articulation assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support student learning Maintain accurate documentation and student progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insights to student care teams Provide direct therapy services and consultative support across a range of communication disorders Engage in professional development activities as required
