Join our growing private practice with a dynamic collaborative multidisciplinary team as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, where you will play a vital role in supporting the communication development of children with diverse needs across diverse settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in speech therapy and patient care to make a meaningful difference in young lives. You will collaborate with team members, families and educators to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in children from infancy through adolescence. Your passion for pediatrics and commitment to patient-centered care will help foster confident communication skills that empower children to thrive. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments tailored to pediatric patients, utilizing your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving speech clarity, language comprehension, social communication, and swallowing functions. Deliver engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques suitable for young children and school-aged children. Collaborate closely with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support the child's communication goals across various environments. Monitor progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies to ensure optimal outcomes for each child's unique needs. Educate families on home exercises and strategies to reinforce therapy goals outside clinical settings. Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and patient records in compliance with healthcare standards. Requirements Master's Degree in Speech Pathology Active state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience in pediatrics but new grads welcome to apply.
