Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered Recent experience in a school-based setting, especially with elementary-aged children, is highly valued Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Flexibility to travel minimally between school sites as needed

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain thorough records of student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals and ensure continuity of care Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning processes Foster an inclusive environment that encourages student participation and self-advocacy Enjoy the rewards of seeing your expertise change lives within a supportive educational community.
