Key Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Virginia is required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed School-based experience or training preferred Strong communication skills and adaptability for serving a mixed K-12 caseload Dedication to evidence-based practice and collaborative teamwork

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across kindergarten through twelfth grade Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain timely documentation Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student progress Adapt to itinerant assignments as needed, effectively managing time and priorities across multiple school sites Attend required meetings and participate in professional development opportunities
