Qualifications:
Active SLP license (or eligibility) in Virginia ASHA CCCs or a strong Clinical Fellowship Year applicant Experience (or strong interest) in school-based speech services Commitment to supporting elementary-aged students Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative therapy sessions Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings May require occasional travel between sites
