As a full-time school-based speech-language pathologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with a range of communication challenges. Opportunities span kindergarten through high school, allowing you to choose the age group that most inspires you. Qualifications:

Active Virginia SLP license required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, will consider Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (SLP-CFY) Previous experience in pediatric or K-12 settings is highly valued Strong interpersonal and communication skills Clinical expertise working with diverse disorders and populations

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to students in K-12 schools Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Conduct assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and communicate regularly with families and educational teams Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and student evaluations as needed
