Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite opportunity with a supportive school district near Chesapeake, Virginia for the 2026-2027 school year . If you're passionate about helping students build communication skills and thrive in the classroom, we'd love to connect! Position Highlights Full-time, onsite position 2026-2027 school year K-12 student population 35-40 hours per week August 2026 start School-year contract Supportive Special Education team Collaborative multidisciplinary environment Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students Complete speech and language evaluations and comprehensive reports Develop and implement IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Virginia SLP License (or ability to obtain) Virginia Department of Education license or eligibility preferred Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship candidates encouraged to apply Why Sunbelt Staffing?
