EARLY INTERVENTION SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Mindful Communication Group (MCG) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing Early Intervention team serving Chesapeake, Virginia. Therapist-Owned Practice Flexible Schedule - You Choose Your Availability No Minimum Caseload Requirements Electronic Documentation Platform Direct Deposit Paid Twice Monthly Collaborative & Supportive Clinical Team Build Your Own Schedule Family-Centered Coaching Model What You'll Do Provide Early Intervention speech-language therapy services for children birth to three years old Coach caregivers using evidence-based family-centered strategies Complete developmental screenings and ongoing treatment sessions Collaborate with families and community partners Complete electronic documentation using the Early Intervention platform Travel throughout Chesapeake to homes, daycares, and community settings Qualifications Required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Virginia SLP License Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Preferred Early Intervention experience Virginia Early Intervention certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in natural environments Compensation Competitive per-visit compensation, starting at $65 per completed visit Paid via direct deposit twice monthly Schedule PRN Independent Contractor (1099) No minimum caseload requirements.
