Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY applicants considered Previous experience working in schools or with children/adolescents is highly desirable Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work independently
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to students Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) focusing on students' unique needs Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom strategies and student accommodations Support students through direct therapy sessions, both individual and group formats Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development activities Embrace an opportunity to inspire growth and confidence in students, supported by a positive and collaborative school environment.
