Category Schools - SLP - Telespeech Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 academic year, providing services across grades K-12. This contract role involves delivering comprehensive speech therapy utilizing both in-person and teletherapy methods. The position is based in Falls Church, VA, with a standard workweek of 37.5 hours.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a caseload of approximately 30-40 students with diverse speech and language needs Conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering targeted interventions Providing teletherapy sessions in addition to onsite services, ensuring continuity and accessibility of care Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to all relevant guidelines and regulations Qualifications and desired experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in school-based settings working with K-12 populations Proficiency in delivering teletherapy services effectively Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to engage students and adapt therapy approaches to meet individual needs Compensation for this contract position is set at $50 per hour or less, reflecting the scope and expectations of the role.
