Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Elementary Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team with the school district for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time onsite position will serve elementary-aged students across two school sites, providing speech and language services that support academic achievement and communication development. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with young learners and collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to help students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Serve an elementary-aged student population across two school sites Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Support students in developing effective communication skills across educational settings
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification (required) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites Passion for supporting student communication and academic success
