This position is ideally suited for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), who is eager to make a difference through collaborative and student-centered therapy.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP license and CCC certification Previous experience in school settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families Keen interest in ongoing professional learning and adaptation
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in groups Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings Facilitate communication and support for teachers and parents Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation Assist in training educational staff about communication needs and strategies
