Both full-time and part-time contracts are available for the 2026-2027 school year, offering flexibility for your schedule and career goals. Ideal Background:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Eligible for Virginia state licensure Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with diverse education teams What the
Role Involves:
Assessing students' speech and language abilities through standardized evaluations Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for students on your caseload Working with students across various grade levels, from kindergarten through high school Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists Maintaining accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with district and state guidelines Providing both direct and consultative speech therapy services
