Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity near beautiful Low Moor, VA, as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students. As an essential member of the educational team, you'll provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students across various grade levels. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Prior experience delivering SLP services in K-12 schools preferred. Strong knowledge of current best practices in speech therapy and educational settings. Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and engage with families.
What You'll Do:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for speech and language concerns. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student's goals. Provide direct and consultative therapy sessions. Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation. Participate in team meetings and staff training.
