Key Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills Ability to develop IEPs and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings Monitor and track student progress while maintaining thorough documentation Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families Provide consultative support to staff and parents regarding strategies for student success
