Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaboration and teamwork Ability to develop and implement personalized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and identify speech, language, and hearing disorders in K-12 students Develop, implement, and continually modify individualized therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student goals Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers about communication strategies Document and maintain detailed clinical records as required by district and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input to student plans Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
