Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), serving students onsite in a supportive educational environment. This flexible contract position accommodates both full-time and part-time preferences for the full 2026-2027 school year, working across all grade levels from PreK-12. Candidates will enjoy collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to enhance student communication and academic growth.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs welcome to apply Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy for a varied caseload Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Participate actively in IEP and multidisciplinary student support meetings
