Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license for Virginia (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Prior school-based experience strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver targeted interventions for speech, language, voice, and communication disorders Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and compliance requirements Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
