Sheltering Arms is currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our outpatient team. This position provides coverage at our Bon Air & Short Pump (Main Campus) Centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of speech and language needs of adults with swallowing and/or speech and language disorders. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in an outpatient therapy setting preferred. Good communication and organization skills as well as a strong sense of flexibility. AmpCare experience is a plus. Education/Certifications Master's Degree from an ASHA-accredited program in Speech and Language Pathology required. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - SLP required. Current license by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a SLP required. Healthcare Professionals CPR required. Compensation $35.00 - $51.00 per hour This range reflects our commitment to pay equity and market‑competitive compensation. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and internal equity.
