School District AB Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Sterling, Virginia . This is a great opportunity to work directly with students while collaborating with teachers, families, and special education teams to support communication and academic success. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy to students based on individual needs and IEP goals Conduct evaluations and assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs Track student progress and maintain required documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other related-service providers Support students with a variety of speech, language, communication, and developmental needs Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible Virginia SLP license

ASHA CCC-SLP
