Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026/2027 school year serving a K-12 caseload. This contract role is located in Stuart, VA, providing a diverse and rewarding opportunity to support students' speech and language development in a school setting.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grade levels. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on student performance and therapy outcomes. Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to student-focused goal setting.
Qualifications or desired experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure with experience working in K-12 educational settings. Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and tailor interventions to individual student needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with current speech-language pathology best practices, assessments, and treatment techniques. Commitment to student success and professional development.
