Desired Skills and Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Virginia Ability to work with pediatric populations in school-based settings Experience with SLP•CCC, SLP•CFY, and/or a background in SLP healthcare or pediatrics highly valued Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, educators, and families Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support each student's progress Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements Provide both direct and consultative speech therapy services as needed This opportunity features an attractive pay range of $45•55 an hour, commensurate with your experience and education.
