Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license for Virginia Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Experience with elementary age students strongly preferred Prior school-based SLP experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments for elementary students Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs Provide direct and consultative therapy services Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain detailed documentation and progress records
