Position Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license for the state of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Prior K-12 school-based experience preferred, but motivated CFYs are encouraged to apply Strong communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain meticulous documentation and progress tracking Engage in district and school meetings as needed
