  • SLP Job Type Contract Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district near Warrenton, Virginia to hire a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

  • Full-time, contract position
  • 32-40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • School year: August 2026
  • June 15 2027
  • Elementary caseload, two school sites What You'll Do
  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and assessments
  • Develop individualized therapy and intervention plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide therapy services focused on articulation, language development, social communication, and related areas
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Virginia SLP license
