Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Prior school-based speech-language experience is preferred, but open to new graduates with strong clinical rotations Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans according to student needs and IEP goals Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings as required Foster a positive, inclusive therapy environment where every student is empowered to achieve their communication potential Take this opportunity to inspire and support student growth in a dynamic school community.
