Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Williamsburg, VA. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive communication services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade within a school-based setting following the academic calendar, from August 2026 to June 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement IEP and 504 plan goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services tailored to student needs Monitor, document, and report on student progress consistently Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support and enhance student success
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state license for SLP or eligibility to obtain licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations strongly preferred Skills in teletherapy, healthcare, and clinical fellowship year (CFY) are advantageous Familiarity with school and healthcare environments, including SLPA collaboration
