$50-$60/hour (guaranteed pay for scheduled time, even if student sessions are missed)Setting:

Transparent, competitive pay for Speech-Language Pathologists Guaranteed hourly pay - you are paid for your time, even if sessions are canceled or missed Flexible scheduling options Open to Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP / CFY) with mentorship support Dedicated Service Delivery Manager for ongoing guidance Collaborative team environment with teachers, OTs, PTs, and special education staff Opportunity to work with elementary-aged students (K-5) Mission-driven organization focused on communication, independence, and student success Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off (PTO) Free company-sponsored CEUs + continuing education funds License and certification reimbursement Relocation assistance (if applicable) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to K-5 students Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions) Support students with: Articulation and phonology Receptive and expressive language development Social/pragmatic communication skills Fluency and voice disorders Use age-appropriate, engaging therapy strategies for elementary students Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, occupational therapists (OTs), and physical therapists (PTs) Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Communicate regularly with families and caregivers Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) Active Vermont SLP license (or eligibility) Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based therapy, or elementary education settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills About Boothby Therapy Services Boothby Therapy Services is a mission-driven organization built on excellence, honesty, and kindness .
